Iran Airports and Air Navigation Company is obligated to provide appropriate airport infrastructure at all its subsidiary airports in accordance with national and international regulations (ICAO).

 

2. What is the purpose of the Service Agreement for providing aircraft takeoff and landing services by Iran Airports and Air Navigation Company?

The purpose of this Service Level Agreement is to emphasize the provision of visual navigation aid services for flights, including runway lighting, signing, and marking, by Iran Airports and Air Navigation Company, in compliance with national and international standards, for all domestic, international, and other flights.

 

3. On what basis does Iran Airports and Air Navigation Company assume responsibility for providing aircraft takeoff and landing services and ensuring safe flight operations?

Iran Airports and Air Navigation Company is responsible for all tasks related to the creation, development, and maintenance of visual navigation aids to provide safe aircraft takeoff and landing services, based on national regulations (Civil Aviation Organization of the Islamic Republic of Iran) and international standards (ICAO), at airports under its ownership or with operational agreements.

 

4. What are the mutual commitments of the service recipient and the executing authority in the provision of aircraft takeoff and landing services?

Iran Airports and Air Navigation Company is required to ensure the safety of various flight operations, including nighttime flights, low-visibility flights, and flights on request by the pilot, by utilizing visual navigation aid equipment at its subsidiary and contracted operational airports.
